UPark has unveiled a new parking facility in collaboration with the well-known supermarket chain, Puregold. Strategically located along Fairview Terraces, this latest addition expands UPark’s growing portfolio of accessible and convenient parking spaces.

The opening of the new parking facility marks a significant moment for UPark as we, once more, were able to acquire a supermarket facility as our partner after Xentro Mall Antipolo.

As a primary destination for consumer goods, traffic and parking are naturally challenging in the area. Add its proximity to SM Fairview, it is no surprise that the streets around Fairview Terraces are often booming with cars and motorcycles searching for parking spaces.
Here’s our take on this: Puregold – Fairview Terraces may not be your first choice, but we offer a convenient alternative for parking when SM Fairview is full.
About the Parking Facility
Puregold – Fairview Terraces parking is a single-level parking facility that offers a well-lit, spacious, and organized parking environment. The parking facility is mapped out for convenient and secure access to the mall.
Location
Directly connected to a mall entrance, making it ideal for shoppers wheeling out their groceries in carts.
Signage and Wayfinding
Floors are marked with clear directional arrows and visible markers on the walls to help with easy navigation and recall of parking spots.
Accessibility
Wide drive lanes and marked pedestrian paths for smooth movement for both vehicles and people.
Parking Guidelines for UPark Puregold – Fairview Terraces
To ensure that your parking experience is at its smoothest, please review the following guidelines. This is to prevent any accidents, congestion, and inconvenience for you and other drivers from arising within our facility.
We accept parking customers from Monday to Sunday. Our facility is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Parking is free when you present a single receipt purchase amounting to Php 2,500. Otherwise, parking rates are at a Php 30.00 flat rate for both cars and motorcycles.
For lost or damaged parking cards, you must pay a fee of Php 400.00
UPark Fairview Terraces usually issues parking cards. But in case our machines are down, our parking attendants will issue a ticket or stub in place of a card.
For lost tickets or stubs, you must pay Php 200.00 + your parking fee.
Currently, only cash payments are accepted. Watch out for our updates on any changes in payment modes for your greater convenience.
