Job Description of a Maintenance Staff

• Responsible for regular cleaning of parking areas, stairwells, ramps, and surrounding spaces
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing signage, or fixing barriers
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained

Job Qualifications

• High School graduate
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including working outdoors
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
