How to Get a Monthly Parking Slot:
STEP 1: SIGN UP
Fill out the form by selecting the facility where you want to get a slot. Upon clicking ‘SUBMIT’, a page containing a downloadable reservation form will pop up.
** Once we receive your inquiry, our team will call you within 24-48 hours
STEP 2: DEPOSIT / PAY ONSITE
Once you have confirmed your decision to rent a parking slot, kindly submit a photocopy of requirements such as Photocopy of OR, CR and Driver’s License for our team’s verification.
Once verified, you may pay via Bank Deposit or Pay Onsite.
STEP 3: PARK ANYTIME
After payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation via call from our team. Once confirmed, you may park your car on designated spots within the chosen UPark facility.

Once I filled out your website form, am I forced to pay upfront?
No. Our team will attend to your inquiry within 24/48 hours to give you the complete details of our monthly parking rate.
What are the requirements in order to proceed with your monthly parking?
Initially, you’ll be required to submit a photocopy of your OR, CR and Driver’s License.
Once verified, our payment policy includes a 1 month advance, and 1 month deposit across all participating parking facilities.
Once paid, will I be able to enter the parking facility anytime I want?
Different parking facilities have different working hours. With this, our designated Parking Supervisors will give you guidelines for your chosen parking facility.
Can I reserve more than 1 slot/s for monthly parking?
