# UPark

> UPark is a parking management company based in the Philippines, operating more than a decade in the industry. UPark manages 15+ parking facilities across Metro Manila and nearby provinces — including office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, and open lots — offering pay parking, monthly parking, valet services, automated parking systems, and traffic management services for property partners.

UPark works with property owners through lease, management, or revenue-sharing agreements, and serves individual parkers through daily pay parking and monthly parking plans.
